Gary has 38 years of experience in commercial analytical laboratories. He is a well-known figure in the exploration industry, with experience in most areas of a laboratory including sample preparation, fire assay, wet lab and AAS. He has held senior management roles focusing on providing client support and liaison, building up an understanding of the exploration industry and client requirements. He also project managed the set-up and commissioning of facilities within Australia.
In late 2010, Gary established MinAnalytical in Canning Vale and feeder preparation facilities in Ghana and Burkina Faso in West Africa. He developed the concept of moving the flow of samples from rig to assay.
