We are now seeking a Senior Sample Preparation Supervisor to join our close-knit team in Canning Vale.Reporting to the Production Coordinator, the primary functional requirement is to manage the day to day coordination of sample preparation.Successful applicants will demonstrate an ability to work effectively as part of a team, have well developed communication skills, and flexibility to manage varying workloads and personnel. The successful candidates will be required to complete a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screening, as part of our ongoing commitment to the safety and wellbeing of all our employees.Role Responsibilities:Oversee Sample Preparation and Photon Assay departments in relation to Safety, Operating Procedures, Equipment and Maintenance for the company.Assist the Production Coordinator in the maintenance and upkeep of equipment throughout the organisation including organising contractor site visits and safety checks.Work alongside the Production Coordinator to ensure a smooth workflow.Experience / Skills required:Working knowledge and experience within the Laboratory sector would be an advantage.Relevant and recent experience in a similar leadership role.High Risk Forklift licence.MS Office knowledge.What We Can Offer:Perenti Group promotes a collaborative culture.
