HR Analyst – Systems and Analytics

Headquartered in Australia, Perenti has operations and offices in 11 countries across four continents, employs around 8,000 mining professionals and is creating enduring value and certainty for clients on some of the world’s largest mining projects.Based in Perenti’s Pier Street offices, the HR Analyst – Systems and Analytics provides analytical business support and expertise in the HR Services function, mainly in SAP Success Factors. The HR Analyst will be responsible for compiling all HR-related reporting and analytical requirements.Your excellent eye for data validity, a focus on reliability, and openness to support others in analysis will help the HR Services function develop and maintain HR Data Insights (mainly using Microsoft Excel and Power BI). In this role you will assist in executing the HR cyclical reporting requirements and helping ensure best practices in regards to data security, system permissions and data management.Other accountabilities include:Develop & maintain data management standards as the basis of work instruction/standard operating procedure developmentDefine and support the implementation of quality initiatives, governance of accuracy, and on-going integrity of HR dataCollaborate with other HR team members to establish where to extract the key data to assist with organisational reporting requirementsAssist with process improvements for the transactional HR Services teamYou will have:Tertiary qualifications in HR or a Information System related disciplineMinimum 2 years’ experience in a similar roleSAP/Success Factors experience is essentialMicrosoft Excel at a minimum intermediate level.Excellent time management skillsAbility to work under pressureThe Perenti Group of companies will comply with all applicable government directives or Public Health Orders.  Should a government directive or Public Health Order mandate specific vaccinations for our people, we will require employees to comply with these requirements.  This may involve employees providing proof of vaccination as a condition of employment.
